Compass
Compass is our coaching program: ongoing, tailored support for organizers who want to deepen their practice and apply what they learn to real work. You need not have attended a training first.
Come as an individual or a small team, in English or French. Coaches can help you set goals, choose targets and tactics, handle conflict, sharpen your storytelling and media work, recruit and keep members, and build group structures that work.
Coaching is free for grassroots organizers across so-called Canada and Quebec. Write to amanda@lehub.ca (EN) or jacob@lehub.ca (FR).
Catalyst
Catalyst is our one-day organizing skills camp. It brings organizers from different struggles together in one city or region to build core skills, deepen political relationships, and grow the trust that long-term collaboration needs.
We run Catalyst with local grassroots groups and build each one around the problems organizers there name. When organizers meet across issues, movements share lessons and get stronger.
Groundswell
Groundswell is our online, multi-session campaign training. Over several weeks, organizers learn to pick a campaign issue, craft winnable demands, map targets and stakeholders, build strategy, and test tactics as the campaign unfolds.
You work in a cohort, so you leave with both skills and people to think alongside. Come with an idea or come mid-campaign — either way you leave with a plan.
